Job summary

Zanders is a global treasury, risk and technology consultancy. We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations end‑to‑end, owning the plan, budget, governance and client relationship across multiple client projects.

You will work with Treasury Technology colleagues, vendor teams and client teams, guiding direction and resolving issues in a hybrid Utrecht/London setting with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Treasury Management System implementations end to end.
• Strong PM methodology, planning, budget tracking, governance and change control.
• Able to analyse client needs and test assumptions with the stakeholders.
• Experience in organisational change management and user adoption.
• Able to engage stakeholders at all levels and handle escalations calmly.
• Experience leading project teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live, within time and budget.
• Build and maintain project plans and track financials.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and apply mitigations.
• Establish governance for key stakeholder decisions.
• Manage scope changes through a formal change control process.
• Assess change impact and drive user adoption with training and go-live support.
• Act as main client contact and escalation point; maintain collaboration.
• Coordinate resources across Zanders, client and vendor teams.
• Provide regular status updates and manage expectations.
• Create thorough project documentation and obtain phase approvals.
• Develop and mentor the project team and manage workload/wellbeing.
• Sharpen and share Zanders’ TMS implementation methodologies and templates.
• Keep pace with TMS vendor landscape and feed insights back to clients.
