Job summary

Zanders Group is hiring a Manager to lead treasury technology engagements, shaping client roadmaps and overseeing end-to-end delivery. You will guide project teams, manage budgets and ensure value delivery for global clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in corporate treasury or treasury consulting.
• Hands-on treasury management systems experience (SAP, FIS, ION, Kyriba) and related tools.
• Working knowledge of treasury management, in-house banking, payment factories and bank connectivity.
• Proven record leading projects with defined scope, budget and risk.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and guiding project teams.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Advise on treasury technology landscapes and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end treasury advisory projects with quality and timelines.
• Manage budgets, scope, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Build alignment across treasury, finance, IT and vendors.
• Develop consultants on projects and support their growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals.
