Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Understanding of accounts payable and treasury cash administration.
• Knowledge of financial controls and donor guidelines.
• Experience with ERP systems (ERPx preferred).
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable operations with timely processing.
• Oversee daily cash flows and short-term liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and internal controls.
• Support monthly expenditure tracking and management reporting.
• Optimize financial workflows for operational efficiency.
• Maintain audit trails and assist audit processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and Shared Services.
• Support system optimization of ERPx and digital tools.
