Job summary

Concentrix is seeking Dutch-speaking travelers customer service professionals to assist customers by phone, chat, and email. You will help with hotel, flight, and car rental bookings while ensuring data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good English (B2) required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Job description

• Communicate with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and enthusiastic manner, ensuring they feel heard and supported.


• Assist customers with managing hotel and flight reservations as well as car rental bookings.


• Handle customer information responsibly and ensure the confidentiality and security of travelers’ data.


• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality customer service and provide effective solutions to travelers.


• The role requires regular use of a computer and keyboard, including navigating internal systems and performing tasks digitally.
