Job summary

Milwaukee in the Netherlands is seeking a technically minded Commercial Advisor Transportation to drive growth across Groningen, Gelderland, Overijssel and Friesland. You will travel frequently to engage with professional end-users, build lasting relationships, and translate needs into Milwaukee solutions.

You will deliver hands-on demonstrations, advise on applications, and partner with distributors and internal teams to maximize value for customers and the Milwaukee brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial role with client acquisition and growth.
• Ability to develop a regional market independently.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with goal orientation.
• Interest in power tools or professional hardware is a plus but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach new professional end-users within Transportation and build your own network in the region.
• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with transport companies, truck/trailer workshops, fleet owners and technical services.
• Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into Milwaukee solutions.
• Deliver convincing product demonstrations, trainings and on-site presentations.
• Convert new end-users into Milwaukee customers and our product categories.
• Collaborate with distributors and Sales/Job Site Solutions teams to maximise opportunities.
• Record and follow up on commercial opportunities in CRM.
• Represent Milwaukee at events, dealer activities and trade meetings.
• Continuously develop market, application and product knowledge to become a transportation Milwaukee specialist in your region.
