Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing consultant to partner with clients on TP policy design, documentation, M&A advisory, and dispute support.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative team, developing technical advice, presenting findings to stakeholders, and mentoring junior members. Dutch language skills are essential, with English fluency a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Transfer Pricing consultant in established advisory firms.
• Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• High-level analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch is essential; English fluency is a plus.
