Job summary

TPA Global is seeking a senior professional to lead transfer pricing projects in the Netherlands, reporting to partners and directly managing client relationships.

You will guide a small project team, apply advanced economic analyses, and develop innovative transfer pricing solutions across global clients, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivery excellence.

Your Background

You have a background in transfer pricing and/or economics and are eager to take a project leading role, reporting directly to the partner and directly managing client relationships. Strong project management skills and technical expertise allow you to solve challenging cases in collaboration with the rest of the team, whilst you take the initiative to ensure processes and projects remain efficient.

Job Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification in tax or economics;
• Ability to naturally grow and maintain strong client relationships;
• Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Analytical skills on financial, business and tax data;
• Between 5 to 7 years of experience in the area of transfer pricing, preferably in a global consultancy firm;
• Excellent communication, time and project management skills;
• Interest in developing innovative transfer pricing solutions based on best practice, commercial reality, and advanced economic analyses;
• Open to network with new clients and team members , progressing the TPA business further;
• Outstanding analytical and report writing skills;
• Project management skills to lead a team of around 3 people per project, ranging from transfer pricing compliance to consultancy;
• Fluent in English both verbally and written.
