Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing consultant to partner with clients on TP policy design, documentation, M&A advisory, and dispute support.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative team, developing technical advice, presenting findings to stakeholders, and mentoring junior members. Dutch language skills are essential, with English fluency a plus.

The Team

A&M’s Transfer Pricing team works closely with all areas of the practice to provide clients with comprehensive advice on transfer pricing matters. This includes policy design and implementation, M&A pre- and post-deal advisory, transfer pricing documentation, corporate restructuring, and dispute advisory.

As part of a growing team in Amsterdam, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, solving complex client challenges and contributing to the growth of the practice.
