Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Supply Case Officer in Utrecht to turn supplier contract information into a clear risk picture. You will work with contract owners, vendor managers and SMEs to ensure risk evaluations are accurate, well documented and followed up on time.

The role offers a hybrid work model and a development budget to support growth and skill enhancement. The position includes a comprehensive package with a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget to support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit or regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Strong contract review skills, with the ability to assess how supplier services impact risk areas.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management regulations, such as European Banking Authority Outsourcing Guidelines, Digital Operational Resilience Act, Recovery and Resolution, is a plus.
• Analytical communication, turning complex risk information into clear and practical next steps.
• Constructive stakeholder challenge, asking the right questions while keeping collaboration strong.
• Proactive process improvement, with the drive to make risk evaluation workflows better and more efficient.

Job description

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09)for a 36-hour work week.
• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.

As Supply Case Officer, you know the secrets of turning supplier contract information into a clear and complete risk picture. You work with contract owners, vendor managers and subject matter experts to make sure risk evaluations are accurate, well documented and followed up on time. In this role, you help Rabobank stay in control of current and emerging third-party risks.

Examples from practice

• Analyse a supplier contract to see which risk areas may be impacted, such as privacy, security, business continuity or compliance.
• Challenge stakeholders in a constructive way when information is incomplete, unclear or not yet fully justified.
• Manage notifications for Critical or Important Functions contracts and help Rabobank meet regulatory expectations.
