Key Responsibilities
Technical Training & Capability Development
- Design, develop and deliver technical training programs for internal engineers, customers and service partners.
- Build structured learning paths covering installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, SOPs, manuals, videos and assessment tools.
- Establish certification programs and competency frameworks for service engineers and external partners.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning methods based on operational feedback and field experience.
Innovation Center Operations
- Support the daily operation and continuous improvement of the Hai Robotics Innovation Center.
- Maintain training facilities, robots, workstations and demonstration environments to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate training schedules, resource planning and facility utilisation.
- Support the introduction, deployment and validation of new products and technologies within the Innovation Center.
Customer Experience & Demonstrations
- Support customer visits, workshops, demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
- Ensure showroom systems and demonstration scenarios accurately represent current product capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, product, implementation and service teams to translate technical updates into effective training content.
- Support the onboarding and development of new employees and service partners across the EMEA region.
- Contribute to the growth of the EMEA technical knowledge base and learning platform.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
- Experience in technical training, certification programs or capability development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technical laboratories, innovation centers, training facilities or customer demonstration environments is an advantage.
- Structured, proactive and accountable, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the EMEA region to support training activities, customer engagements and industry events.
