Job summary

Thwan van Gennip is seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join our office team on a 32-40 hour per week basis, starting immediately as an in-house trainee. The role covers a one-year temporary period with potential for permanency in a growing family-run business.

It’s ideal for someone starting out who wants variety and hands-on experience across departments. Initially you’ll stand in for our Quality Officer, working in the office and packing hall to ensure freshness quality and plan shipments.

Qualifications

• A hands-on person who is meticulous and inquisitive.
• Proficiency in English.
• Completed qualification at MBO+ or HBO level.

Responsibilities

• Support as stand-in for the Quality Officer in the office and packing hall, focusing on fresh produce quality and shipment planning.
• Gain experience in Sales & Logistics, especially asparagus plant trade and transport planning.
• See a future in Planning, including summer planting operations and HR involvement where applicable.
