Job summary

Van Caem Klerks Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join our fast-paced international trading team. You will enter import orders in Navision, process orders, and coordinate with Traders, suppliers and warehouses to support sales and logistics.

The role requires English fluency, knowledge of trade operations and Incoterms, and the ability to work under pressure both in a team and independently. On-site in the Netherlands is preferred for strong collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Van Caem Klerks Group buys and sells A-branded goods in a variety of different categories, namely: Liquor, Fragrance, and FMCG (Toiletries, Food and Professional Haircare). We are seeking a Trade Support Specialist to be part of our fast-paced team!

As a Trade Support Specialist, your main duties include entering import orders in Navision, processing orders, and coordinating with Traders, suppliers, and warehouses. You play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. You'll also manage logistics, overseeing tasks like planning international transport, air, and sea freight, as well as checking and assigning stock. This position also involves working in the office every day, as extensive teamwork is required for the tasks.

What do we look for in a candidate?

• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience in trade support, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Understanding of trade operations, supply chain management, and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of import & export documentation, and Incoterms is a plus.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently when needed.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Residing in the Netherlands, ideally in the Amsterdam area.
• Experience with Navision/Business Central is a plus
