Job summary

Van Caem Klerks Group in Amsterdam seeks an International Trader to drive sales by expanding supplier and customer networks. The role requires travel, relationship building, and effective negotiations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will manage supplier and customer accounts, coordinate purchase/sales orders with Trade Support, and represent the company at trade fairs and meetings internationally.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in commercial/sales management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of working hours.
• Possession of a valid "B" category driver’s license.
• Residing in the Netherlands, preferably in the Amsterdam area.

Responsibilities

• Find and grow business opportunities by securing new suppliers and customers and nurture existing relationships.
• Lead sales negotiations and manage financial and account information for suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate purchase and sales orders with Trade Support and collaborate with colleagues.
• Frequent travel to meet clients and attend trade fairs.
