Job summary

Société Générale Netherlands is seeking a dedicated Middle Officer Trade Services to support the GTB/Trade Services team in Amsterdam, handling trade transactions for Dutch, Nordic and Belgian clients. You will report to the Netherlands & Belgium Trade Middle Office Coordinator, based in Amsterdam.

The role requires collaboration across Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris, with close interaction with Front Office, Risk, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant HBO bachelor level or equivalent.
• Background in finance or banking is appreciated.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Trade Sales Team in executing Trade Finance transactions.
• Follow up on client requests and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Back Office to monitor/handle client orders and other issues.
• Coordinate with all teams within the global Trade Services Network and with Paris HQ and other locations.
• Interact with Amsterdam and Brussels teams in daily operations.
• Perform administrative tasks (invoicing, reporting, etc.).
• Create added value by identifying synergies within Global Transaction Banking.
