Vistra in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Financial Banking Services Officer to join the Funds business. You will manage global payments, support documents, and act as a primary contact for banking relationships, reporting to an Enterprise Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (HBO) education or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of payment processing in banking.
• Regulatory knowledge of Dutch AML and related acts.
• Payments industry knowledge and SWIFT messaging.
• Experience training junior staff.
• Coordinating and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review payment orders.
• First point of contact for banking contacts and clients.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and banks.
• Open/close bank accounts in collaboration with the business.
• Ensure bank access and authority are granted/retracted.
• Provide training to junior staff.
• Invoice and treasury management and transaction overview.
• Monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly transactions.
