Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) is seeking a Traceability Coordinator to support onboarding, training, and data quality for the TraceASC programme. You will work with Market Development, Assurance and IT teams to ensure a smooth user experience and accurate data submissions.

As ASC’s Traceability Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the effective implementation and ongoing operation of ASC’s TraceASC programme.
This role provides operational and administrative support across participant onboarding, user assistance and data quality monitoring. You will work closely with internal teams including Market Development, Assurance and IT to help ensure a smooth user experience, effective use of the TraceASC system and strong data integrity.
You will interact with a diverse range of global supply chain partners, including farms, processors, traders, importers and retailers. You will help guide participants through onboarding, respond to routine queries, monitor data submissions and ensure TraceASC processes are implemented accurately and on time.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-focused, with a supportive approach to working with users. If you enjoy helping people navigate processes, solving problems and ensuring information is accurate and well managed, then we want to hear from you!
The role is Europe based, however other locations may be considered.

Circa 40,000 - 50,000 Euros per annum varying based on locations, experience and skills. Minimum of 25 days holiday, pro-rata as accrued, with generous local benefits, wellbeing and workstation grants each year and a free coffee each week on ASC.
