Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Tools Inspector die verantwoordelijk is voor het ondersteunen van het certificatieproces van gereedschappen. Je inspecteert, test en onderhoudt gereedschappen terwijl je zorgt voor nauwkeurige documentatie en efficiënt voorraadbeheer.

Je werkzaamheden omvatten het opstellen van picklijsten, openen en voorbereiden van gereedschappen voor testen, en het registreren van resultaten in SAP en Excel. De baan is fulltime met een twee-ploegendienst.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met Excel en SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem.
• Goede beheersing van Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Ervaring met het bedienen van EPT, Stacker en heftruck; certificering wordt geregeld.

Responsibilities

• Maak picklijsten voor te certificeren gereedschappen.
• Open en maak gereed voor testen van gereedschappen.
• Registreren van inspectieresultaten in SAP en Excel.
• Gereedschappen registreren in goed- of foutstock.
• Ondersteun de doorstroom van gereedschappen in het certificatieproces.

Over de functie

As a Tools Inspector, you will be responsible for supporting the tool certification process by inspecting, testing, and maintaining tools. You will ensure accurate documentation, efficient stock management, and high quality standards while working in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Create picking lists for tools required for certification
• Open, inspect, and prepare tools for testing
• Record and maintain inspection results in SAP and Excel
• Book inspected tools into good or bad stock
• Support the smooth flow of tools throughout the certification process

Working hours:

The work is from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 00:00
