Job summary

Evos is seeking a TMS Developer in the Netherlands to develop, customize, integrate, and support the Terminal Management System across terminals. You will work on PHP-based TMS functionalities, ERP integrations, and data exchanges to enable efficient storage, logistics and invoicing processes.

The role requires 1–5 years in software development, with knowledge of APIs, databases, and industrial interfaces. On-call rotation and cross-functional collaboration are part of the job, based in the

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 1-5 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in PHP.
• Experience with business application development and support in operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, API development, and system integrations.
• Experience with ERP, OT, and external system interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting production systems.
• Experience with TMS solutions, industrial interfaces (SCADA, MES, DCS), Azure, Linux, ITIL, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Experience working within a 24/7 industrial or operational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP-based TMS functionalities and applications.
• Implement system enhancements and new business requirements.
• Customize and optimize TMS modules, including inventory, orders, and invoicing.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to modernization and refactoring.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems, OT environments, and external partners via APIs.
• Ensure reliable data exchange between connected systems and monitor issues.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for the TMS environment and perform root cause analyses.
• Execute system maintenance, patches, and controlled changes; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
