Job summary

STAFIDE in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Integration Engineer to design and support enterprise-grade integration using TIBCO BW6/BWCE. You will develop API-driven solutions and oversee cloud deployments across Azure and other environments.

You bring 6+ years in IT, strong SOA/ESB knowledge, API management experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to work across cross-functional teams. The role is based in the Netherlands with a focus on modernization and migration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in integration tech.
• Hands-on with TIBCO BW 6.x and BWCE.
• Strong SOA/ESB and Enterprise Integration Architecture knowledge.
• Practical YAML and config-driven deployments.
• API development/management using Mashery, Apigee, Kong.
• Experience with Splunk monitoring and Dynatrace.
• Azure and cloud environments experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade integration using TIBCO BW6/BWCE.
• Develop integration processes using SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath and web services.
• Design and construct new integration processes and file-transfer workflows.
• Support migration projects and decommission legacy processes.
• Develop and manage APIs using Mashery, Apigee or Kong.
• Work with TIBCO EMS, FTL/eFTL, Adapters and Admin tools as needed.
• Configure and support multi-cloud environments, with Azure preferred.
• Monitor applications, configure alerts, and create Splunk dashboards.
• Troubleshoot production issues including memory, thread dumps and performance.

Job description

• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and BWCE.
  
• Develop and maintain integration processes using SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and web services.
• Design and construct new integration processes and file-transfer workflows.
• Support migration projects, including process migration and modernization activities.
• Decommission legacy processes and ensure smooth transition to new integration solutions.
• Develop and manage APIs using API management platforms such as Mashery, Apigee, or Kong.
• Work with TIBCO EMS, FTL/eFTL, Adapters, Plugins, Administrator, TRA, and Hawk where required.
• Configure and support solutions across multiple cloud environments, with hands-on experience in Azure preferred.
• Monitor applications, configure alerts, and create and maintain Splunk dashboards.
• Perform application monitoring and troubleshooting using Dynatrace.
• Configure and support Linux and Windows (Wintel) environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues, including thread dumps, memory issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile Scrum practices.
• Design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise integration solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6+ years of overall relevant IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with relevant integration technologies.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).
• Strong understanding of SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
• Practical experience with YAML and configuration-driven application deployments.
• Experience with API development and management using Mashery, Apigee, Kong, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Splunk monitoring, alerting, and dashboard configuration.
• Experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD architecture, DevOps, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience developing and supporting secure, enterprise-grade integration solutions.
