Job description

As a TIBCO Middleware Engineer, you will:

• Build, verify, and deploy TIBCO-based software solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support the upgrade of existing software and manage software lifecycle activities including decommissioning old TIBCO processes.
• Construct and support TIBCO BusinessWorks (BWCE, 6.x, and 5.x) processes, including new file transfers and integrations.
• Configure and manage Linux and Wintel environments to support application infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to TIBCO processes and enterprise integration environments.
• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices, contributing to agile, secure, and efficient integration workflows.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in TIBCO integration solutions, especially TIBCO BWCE, BW 6.x, and related middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in integration tools such as EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Hawk, TRA, and other related plugins.
• Experience with Azure deployment (preferred), Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps methodology.
• Proficiency in monitoring and alerts configuration using Splunk Dashboards and Dynatrace.
• Excellent understanding of SOA, ESB, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.
• Optional certifications in TIBCO BusinessWorks, Azure Fundamentals, or Splunk.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, including handling thread dumps and memory issues.
