Job summary

Accenture Song in Amsterdam is offering a thesis internship in the Service team, combining research with hands-on consulting experience. You will write your thesis while supporting client engagements and contributing to real transformations, within a hybrid model of ITO office and remote work.

You will assist in research on customer service, digital transformation, and AI, and gain exposure to daily client challenges, workshops, and deliverables, with mentorship from experienced consultants.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Master’s program at a Dutch university.
Proactive and hands-on attitude.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
Interest in consulting and advisory work.
Affinity with customer service (CRM/CCaaS is a plus).
Independent working style with a curious and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Conducting research on customer service, digital transformation, and AI in service.
Exploring how AI can enhance customer service; supporting service agents.
Improving customer interactions and enabling more efficient service processes.
Presenting findings to internal teams and, where relevant, clients.
Assisting in discovery phases, including fit-gap analyses of current service setups.
Supporting the preparation of workshops, presentations, and client deliverables.
Contributing to internal knowledge development and thought leadership.
Supporting business analysis activities, such as structuring problems and identifying improvement opportunities.
Mapping customer service processes and customer journeys.
