As a Thermal & Fluid Systems Architect, you are responsible for defining and developing system-level solutions related to thermal management and fluid dynamics within complex engineering environments. You play a key role in shaping technical direction and ensuring system performance in multidisciplinary projects.
What you'll be doing
- Translate customer needs into system requirements, architectures, and conceptual designs
- Define thermal and fluid-related system strategies and performance criteria
- Develop and apply modeling and analysis approaches to predict system behavior
- Specify testing and integration requirements across the development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, quality, and safety requirements
- Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technical specialists
- Provide technical leadership and guide teams towards effective solutions
- Contribute to innovation by exploring and applying new technologies and methods
- Support broader mechanical design considerations when needed
What you bring to the table
- Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field
- Experience in thermal and/or fluid system design within complex technical environments
- Ability to operate on both detailed and system-level perspectives
- Familiarity with modeling, simulation, and analysis techniques
- Broad understanding of multidisciplinary system development
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
