For one of our clients, a leading internationally operating high-tech machine builder based in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for an Systems Engineer. Our client specializes in the development and realization of complex, custom-built machines for international customers and is known for its innovative technology, strong engineering culture, and people-focused working environment. In this role, you will play a key part in high-impact high-tech projects, from initial concept through to final delivery.

As a Systems Engineer, you develop and realize complex high-tech machines together with your team and in close collaboration with customers.

Your technical masterpiece is built, tested, and ultimately delivered in the production hall. This is where engineering truly comes to life. In this role, you use your extensive experience to develop complex, custom-made high-tech machines alongside customers. As a Systems Engineer, you play a key role in translating customer needs and specifications into innovative machine concepts. Together with your team, you develop, realize, test, and deliver these systems to customers. You will make a significant impact by successfully:

• Analyzing and aligning customer requirements and expectations during the project initiation phase, translating them into a robust set of requirements, a system concept, and a validation plan.
• Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Aligning technical progress, concepts, challenges, and solutions with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Role

As a Systems Engineer, you lead your team in transforming customer requirements into innovative designs for advanced high-tech machines and systems. You are involved from concept to delivery and play a central role in ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration is key. You work closely with customers, the full engineering team, and internal stakeholders such as account management, project management, logistics, procurement, and operations.
