Job summary

Condor Group is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor modern textile production lines producing carpet products. The role offers full-time hours (36–40 per week) and a competitive gross salary with shift allowances, plus travel reimbursement and a pension plan.

You will set up and operate machines, monitor quality, adjust processes, and assist with maintenance. A proactive attitude and willingness to work in three- or four-shift rotations are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO-level education or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Availability of at least 36 hours per week.
• Willingness to work in three-shift or four-shift rotations.
• Availability to work on Saturdays when required.
• Technical affinity and willingness to work in a production environment.
• A proactive and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating machines according to specifications and work orders.
• Monitoring production processes and product quality.
• Processing yarns and textile materials into finished carpet products.
• Performing quality checks and identifying deviations.
• Solving minor technical issues and assisting with maintenance activities.
• Following internal procedures and work instructions.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production.
