Job summary

Intercarpet is seeking a full-time Machine Operator in Blokzijl, Netherlands, to operate large weaving machines and manage setup, colour accuracy, and quality checks. You will work in a three-shift schedule and take ownership of your station to maintain smooth production.

Salary ranges from €2,900 to €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance, with travel support and access to Manpower benefits. This role offers growth through training and potential direct contract with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating weaving machines.
• Ability to perform quality inspections on carpets.
• Wamiliarity with colour matching and material combinations.

Responsibilities

• Operate large weaving machines in a modern production facility.
• Set up and adjust machines for each run.
• Check that the correct colours are used for the final product.
• Perform quality inspections on produced carpets.
• Work independently at your assigned machine and ensure a smooth production process.
