Job summary

Intercarpet in Blokzijl is seeking a Machine Operator to keep the production line running smoothly. You will operate weaving machines, set up equipment for new runs, check colours/materials, and perform quality checks on finished carpets.

The role offers a 2-shift schedule, 36–40 hours per week, and a permanent position possibility, with a gross monthly salary of €2,901–€3,016 (including a 12.5% shift allowance) and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Good command of Dutch and English for safety.
• Able to work independently with eye for quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate modern weaving machines used for carpet production.
• Set up and adjust machines for new production runs.
• Check that the correct colours and materials are used.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Ensure an efficient and uninterrupted production process.
