Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Test & Verification Technician in the Netherlands to support development and validation of dosing, dispensing, dilution, and packaging solutions for professional cleaning and hygiene applications. You will build prototypes, run test setups, and verify performance in close collaboration with Innovation and Product Development teams.

The role requires hands-on prototype building, testing, and documentation, with a focus on mechanical workshop activities and data-driven

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial design engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in lab, workshop, R&D, manufacturing engineering, or similar technical environment.
• Hands-on prototype building, testing, and mechanical workshop activities.
• Strong CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks or similar.
• Basic knowledge of mechatronics, automation, or programming (Arduino a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and maintain prototypes, test rigs, and laboratory setups.
• Execute product testing and verification activities according to defined test plans and protocols.
• Support the development and validation of dosing, dispensing, dilution, and packaging solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues identified during testing and recommend practical solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test results and technical findings; prepare clear reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and development teams to support product innovation and commercialization.
