Job summary
Skills Alliance is seeking a Territory Manager for the Netherlands to drive growth in the TAVI/Structural Heart portfolio. You will own the territory, cultivating relationships with physicians, cath labs and hospital stakeholders, while blending clinical support with commercial account management to accelerate adoption and sales.
The role offers autonomy within a founder-led, internationally positioned company, with uncapped earnings potential and the opportunity to shape a structural heart
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in structural heart / TAVI.
- Established network in the Dutch market.
- Ability to balance clinical support with commercial account management.

Our client is a founder-led medical device company based in the Netherlands, part of a wider international group with a sister company in Germany and a US presence. They develop and manufacture their own peripheral vascular portfolio, alongside distributing select partner products in the Dutch market.
We're looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth of our client's TAVI / Structural Heart portfolio across the Netherlands.
- Own and grow the TAVI/structural heart business within your territory
- Build strong relationships with key physicians, cath labs, and hospital stakeholders
- Blend clinical support with commercial account management to drive adoption and sales growth
- Work closely with a lean, founder-led team (a dedicated colleague covers the neurovascular business)
- Proven sales experience in structural heart / TAVI, ideally with an established network in the Dutch market
- Comfortable in a hybrid clinical/commercial role - supporting cases while managing commercial relationships
- Track record of growing a territory in a competitive, mature market
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in a smaller, agile company environment
- Competitive base salary + commission (uncapped growth potential)
