Job summary

Fitexa BV in Hengelo is seeking a Tender Manager to translate complex client requests into winning tender strategies and to manage the full bidding process. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and craft EMVI documents that maximize value for clients and the company.

You will oversee Go/No-Go decisions, coordinate Bid/No-Bid analyses, and drive continuous improvement with data and AI insights to stay ahead in competitive tenders.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO level in a technical or project-based field.
• Minimum 5 years’ tender management/MEAT experience.
• Proven success in developing winning bids.
• Excellent writing skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong commercial insight to translate customer needs into value propositions.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Analytical, structured, result-oriented, and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning tender strategies based on customer, market, and competitor analyses.
• Lead and coordinate the entire tender process from Go/No-Go to final submission.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go and Bid/No-Bid decisions, including risk and opportunity analyses.
• Manage and guide multidisciplinary tender teams.
• Translate customer needs and value drivers into distinctive propositions and EMVI documents.
• Write, edit, and direct high-quality quotation and tender documentation.
• Monitor quality, consistency, and commercial acumen across all bids.
• Continuously improve the tender approach based on win/loss analyses and AI applications.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, propositions, and best practices within the organisation.

Are you capable of quickly grasping complex client requests and translating them into a distinctive and winning tender strategy? Do you have a keen eye for substance, structure, and persuasiveness?

As a Tender Manager / EMVI Writer, you play a crucial role in winning strategic projects. You develop successful tender strategies, coordinate the entire bidding process, and translate our technical expertise into compelling proposals that create maximum value for our clients.

The Tender Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and elaborating winning tender strategies based on customer, market, and competitor analyses.
• Leading and coordinating the entire tender process, from Go/No-Go to final submission.
• Facilitating Go/No-Go and Bid/No-Bid decisions, including risk and opportunity analyses.
• Managing and guiding multidisciplinary tender teams.
• Translating customer needs and value drivers into distinctive propositions and EMVI documents.
• Writing, editing, and directing high-quality quotation and tender documentation.
• Monitoring quality, consistency, and commercial acumen across all bids.

The Tender Manager will ideally have the following skills:

• - HBO or WO working and thinking level.
• - At least 5 years of experience with tender management and/or MEAT within a technical or project-based environment.
• - Demonstrable experience in developing successful and winning bids.
• - Excellent writing skills in both Dutch and English.
• - Strong commercial insight and the ability to translate customer needs into distinctive value propositions.
• - Experience with stakeholder management and managing multidisciplinary teams.
