Job summary

DEME is seeking a Tender & Acquisition Manager to lead multi-disciplinary subsea cable tenders from strategy to contract award. You will drive the execution concept, route and installation planning, and align commercial assumptions with engineering and operations.

You will coordinate global opportunities, manage risk and leverage negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while ensuring timely, high-quality proposals. A mobility program and strong development track are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, marine technology, construction or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in offshore projects, subsea cables or multidisciplinary tenders.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and tender docs to shape strategy and execution concept.
• Coordinate route, installation, burial, protection, landfall and logistics assumptions.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, resources and commercial assumptions.
• Draft clear technical and commercial proposals and manage tender interfaces.
• Lead client clarifications and support negotiations through to award.
