Van Oord in Rotterdam is seeking a Tender Engineer within the Productline Capital Dredging to support the full bidding process from kick-off to submission.

You coordinate the tender team, bring together technical experts and manage inputs across disciplines, writing clear proposal texts and owning key deliverables to win bids. This role blends technical know-how with strong communication and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Higher professional or academic degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the dredging industry.
• Experience on hopper, cutter or reclamation projects and understands how they work.
• Writes clearly in English, Dutch is a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the tender process with colleagues in engineering, planning and operations.
• Write clear, compelling proposal texts based on technical input.
• Support planning, risk identification and internal communication.
• Taking ownership of key deliverables that shape our bids.
• Drawing from your dredging experience to deliver proposals that are complete, competitive and convincing.
