Job summary

Fossil in Hoofddorp is seeking a Temporary Trade Marketing Coordinator to drive the Benelux Trade Marketing strategy for Michael Kors & Diesel across Wholesale and Concession channels for a 6-month period. You will ensure brand consistency and translate global brand vision into local retail execution across the market.

You’ll collaborate with local sales teams, account managers, and internal teams to optimize campaigns, monitor KPIs, and deliver ROI-focused activations in a dynamic fashion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Trade Marketing experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Highly organized with hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement global brand strategies through relevant, high-impact local activations across the Benelux region.
• Execute Trade Marketing activations across Wholesale and Concession channels in line with commercial targets and sales goals.
• Ensure brand image consistency and visual execution standards across Wholesale and Concession channels in the region.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs to continuously improve performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Act as the primary marketing point of contact for local sales teams, key account managers, and field staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and local commercial stakeholders.
• Support the management and monitoring of the Benelux Trade Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI focus.
• Partner with internal departments to support regional business plans and product launches.
