Job summary

TMC is seeking a Telecom Supervisor for challenging infrastructural telecom projects in Oss, Netherlands. You will oversee fiber optic and coaxial networks, coordinate field teams, and ensure delivery from planning to handover.

We value hands-on engineers with telecom experience, leadership, and strong communication. Dutch at B2 level is required, and a category B driving license is preferred. Permanent contract and a generous profit-sharing program await you.

Qualifications

• Experience in the telecom sector, e.g., executor, work planner, or team leader.
• Education in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of fiber optic, coaxial, and/or infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on mentality and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently.
• Possession of a category B driver’s license (and preferably VCA-VOL or willingness to obtain it).
• At least Dutch level B2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fiber optic and coaxial infrastructure projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage technicians and subcontractors and monitor progress and quality.
• Act as main point of contact for field teams and clients.
• Ensure projects run smoothly in a dynamic environment.
