Job summary

Wipro Limited in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior End-to-End (E2E) Test Coordinator to lead testing across complex telecom transformation programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong OSS/BSS knowledge, coordination of multi-team testing, and proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and HP ALM. English required, Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with significant experience in End-to-End Test Coordination.
• Strong Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS environments preferred).
• Proven experience coordinating complex E2E testing across multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Release Management, and Defect Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of API, Integration, and Interface Testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and manage E2E test strategies, plans, schedules, and execution.
