Job summary

Scania Group Guadalajara is seeking a motivated Technician Maintenance Diesel to support preventive maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and learn advanced vehicle systems while upholding safety standards in the workshop.

You will check tools, prepare vehicles, document work, apply Scania procedures, and contribute to process improvements. A high school or technical degree and at least one year in a similar role are expected, with knowledge of DOS/DCS/SRS/SHE standards.

Qualifications

• Requires practical diesel/gasoline mechanic skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians with vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Ensure correct stamping of work performed.
• Communicate when work is finished to maintain flow.
• Propose and implement improvement proposals.
• Check tools and parts availability in the warehouse.
• Prepare the vehicle or component for maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and document actions in the system.
• Follow up on work orders and communicate deviations.

TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE DIESÉL CWS PILOT GUADALAJARA

Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks, while learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex maintenance and repairs, complying with all safety standards in the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Ensure support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
• Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.
• Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals.

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
