Overview

As our Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling our microfarms with precision and ensuring they meet our quality and delivery standards. Working closely with a skilled team, you’ll play a key role in delivering sustainable, reliable and innovative products.

What You’ll Do

• System Assembly: Assemble complex systems according to work instructions, technical drawings (including 3D models) and assembly guides.
• Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret technical drawings and material lists to ensure accurate assembly of components.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of assembled system and ensure the highest product quality.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process, such as faulty wire bonds or imperfect assembly alignments.
• Workspace Organisation: Keeping the workplace organised to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assembly Line Improvement: Improving the assembly line structure to increase efficiency, reduce assembly duration and improve inventory usage tracking.

Requirements

• Technical Background: A technical qualification (MBO or equivalent) in mechanics, mechatronics or a related field.
• Assembly Experience: Hands-on experience in assembly or similar technical roles is a strong advantage.
• Attention to Detail: You’re precise, thorough and committed to delivering top-notch quality.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using tools & equipment.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
