M. Restart is seeking a Technical Superintendent Electrical & Instrumentation for our client in the offshore transport and installation sector.
You will oversee E&I systems across a small fleet of vessels, coordinating maintenance, upgrades and safety compliance from shore with vessel crews, equipment managers and yards. The role requires a vocational or bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, at least two years’ experience in electrical engineering, and hands-on maritime E&I installations.

As Technical Superintendent Electrical & Instrumentation, you are responsible for the E&I systems across our fleet of 2 tugs and 10 barges. With different vessels, technical challenges, maintenance activities and projects, variety is guaranteed.
From shore, you work closely with our vessel crews, Equipment Managers, technical specialists, yards and suppliers to keep our assets safe, reliable and ready for operation. You identify what needs attention, coordinate maintenance and upgrades and make sure plans actually turn into action.
This is a role for someone who likes to take ownership and get things moving. Sometimes that means pushing for progress, sometimes bringing the right people together, but above all, you are someone who can sink their teeth into a technical challenge and follow through until there is a solution.
Leiden will be your home base, with the possibility to work from our Vlissingen office as well, combined with regular visits to our vessels, yards and suppliers.
