Allseas is seeking a Technical Superintendent based in the Netherlands to oversee the maintenance and safety of our diverse fleet. You will coordinate vessel repairs, budgets and project scopes while working with crews, specialists and external stakeholders.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in asset management for long-term reliability and efficiency across the fleet.
Delft - Vessel Management
The Technical Department is responsible for managing all repair and maintenance activities across the Allseas fleet. Our fleet includes a heavy lift vessel, a deep-sea mining vessel, pipe laying vessels and barges, offshore support vessels, as well as several supply vessels and unmanned barges. Together, these assets represent more than 300 MW of installed power, a figure that has quadrupled over the past ten years.
With a team of more than 50 specialists, the department supports vessels, sites and projects worldwide, ensuring our assets operate safely, efficiently and sustainably. The Technical Department plays a key role in maintaining and continuously improving the technical capabilities of our fleet, while supporting the delivery of some of the industry's most challenging offshore projects.
A major focus area is the ongoing hybridisation of several vessels, alongside a range of sustainability initiatives that contribute to reducing emissions and improving operational efficiency. By combining technical expertise with innovation, the department helps shape the future of Allseas' operations.
As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned vessel remain safe, reliable and fit for purpose throughout their operational lifecycle. Acting as the key technical focal point, you will work closely with vessel crews, technical specialists, project teams and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance, modifications and long-term asset improvements.
