Job summary

BeeBeeOne in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery of energy systems at client sites. You will lead projects end-to-end, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and delivery within time and budget.

You will work with mechanical, electrical and software teams, acting as the technical and organisational backbone of each project while coordinating stakeholders and suppliers to drive improvements. Fluency in English is required; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or Software Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading technical projects.
Experience combining software development with hardware systems.
Knowledge of heat pumps and/or HVAC is a strong plus.
PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills in English; Dutch preferred.
