Job summary

BeeBeeOne in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of energy systems at client sites. You will lead projects end-to-end, ensuring technical feasibility, high quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software specialists, manage risk, report progress to management, and drive product improvements. English communication is essential; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading technical projects.
• Experience combining software development with hardware systems.
• Knowledge of heat pumps and/or HVAC systems is a strong plus.
• PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a preference.
• Results-driven, decisive, and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects on-site, from planning through delivery.
• Safeguard quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and adjust project plans and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute technically and drive product improvements.
• Prepare reports and progress updates for management.
• Work closely with suppliers and value chain partners.
