Job summary

KRUSH Labs in Eindhoven is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Radar System) to lead the development of next‑gen high‑performance radar hardware for UAV tracking. You will coordinate across RF, FPGA, and Embedded teams and drive complex engineering programs from concept to production.

You will define technical requirements with the Product Owner, lead design reviews, manage budgets and schedules, and help shape the company's technology roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive hardware engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing, including 3-5 years in leadership/management experience.
  • Experience with MIMO radar or beamforming or automotive radar systems
  • Technical expertise across RF, FPGA, and Embedded
  • Strong leadership skills: ability to understand and collaborate effectively with technical peers, ability to direct the efforts of others, high emotional intelligence with the ability to provide both positive and corrective feedback in a constructive way
  • Ability to balance technical rigor with execution speed in a fast-paced start up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Management and delivery of complex engineering projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project and program management.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals
  • Ability to work across RF, Embedded, FPGA teams and multidisciplinary environments
  • Lead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement.
  • Work with the Product Owner to define technical requirements
  • Apply strong working knowledge of adjacent disciplines -power electronics, digital electronics, mechanical engineering, and firmware/software to ensure board- and system-level success.
  • Act as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company.
  • Drive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering.
  • Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.
