Job summary

KRUSHLabs in Eindhoven is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Radar System) to lead complex hardware programs spanning RF, FPGA, and embedded disciplines. You will drive engineering delivery, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional coordination to build a next‑gen radar capable of detecting small UAVs in challenging environments.

You will partner with product owners, manage budgets, and guide design reviews while aligning the tech roadmap with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years in hardware engineering with 3–5 years in leadership.
  • Experience with MIMO radar, beamforming, or automotive radar systems.
  • Expertise across RF, FPGA, and Embedded domains.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor with fast execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex engineering projects and programs with technical leadership.
  • Budget, resources, risk, and strategic roadmap planning.
  • Collaborate across RF, Embedded, FPGA teams in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Lead design reviews with subject matter experts.
  • Define technical requirements with the Product Owner.

  • Handoff to manufacturing with production test engineering and supply chain.

Key responsibilities:
  • Management and delivery complex engineering projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project and program management.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals
  • Ability to work across RF, Embedded, FPGA teams and multidisciplinary environments
  • Lead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement.
  • Work with the Product Owner to define technical requirements
  • Apply strong working knowledge of adjacent disciplines -power electronics, digital electronics, mechanical engineering, and firmware/software to ensure board- and system-level success.
  • Act as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company.
  • Drive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering.
  • Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.
  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineer, aerospace or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive hardware engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing, including 3 -5 years in leadership/management experience.
  • Experience with MIMO radar or beamforming or automotive radar systems
  • Technical expertise across RF, FPGA, and Embedded
  • Strong leadership skills: ability to understand and collaborate effectively with technical peers, ability to direct the efforts of others, high emotional intelligence with the ability to provide both positive and corrective feedback in a constructive way.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor with execution speed in a fast-paced start up environment.
