Job summary

Lever, Inc. partner is seeking a Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar) based in the Netherlands to organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You will work with product, engineering, design, and operations to turn ideas into plans and actionable tasks.

You will own coordination across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, deadlines, blockers, and decisions, and ensure alignment from planning to release in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar in a tech product company.
• Experience in product or engineering organizations, not just administrative work.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery and sprint execution.
• Experience taking ownership from scoping to release.
• Ability to write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with vendors/contractors.
• Understanding of full software lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Basic hardware/firmware interaction knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to run meetings and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar) based in Netherlands.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will help organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas, requirements, and decisions into clear plans and actionable tasks. You’ll own coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies, deadlines, blockers, and decisions are actively managed. The role combines Agile delivery, technical project coordination, documentation, and operational follow-through. You’ll work in an international environment alongside internal teams, vendors, and contractors. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how a technology product moves from planning through release.

Accountabilities

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and agreed next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and follow up to ensure decisions are translated into execution.
• Support changes in requirements by assessing their potential impact on scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Coordinate operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and lift issues that could affect timelines, quality, or product outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager within a technology product company.
• Experience working directly within a product or engineering organization, rather than exclusively in an agency or administrative environment.
• Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
• Experience taking ownership of projects or products from initial scoping through release.
• Strong ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and development or design tasks.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, or operational teams.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing and release.
• Basic understanding of how hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend components interact.
• Ability to turn complex or loosely defined problems into structured, actionable tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence running meetings and driving decisions to completion.
• Self-driven and proactive approach, with a willingness to personally resolve organizational and delivery challenges.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Experience using project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence.
• Experience with hardware, IoT, or embedded products is a plus.
• A background in Business/System Analysis, QA, or Software Engineering, combined with experience coordinating development and delivery, is a plus.
• Experience with roadmap tools, process diagrams, or workflow-mapping systems is a plus.
