Job summary

Rhinohome is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of monitoring projects from kickoff to live data. You will bridge customers, partners, and engineering/hardware teams to ensure buildings connect on time and to spec.

You will plan utility-monitoring rollouts, coordinate logistics across teams, and serve as the main contact during onboarding while tracking progress and mitigating risks. You’ll transform friction into streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Several years managing technical or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in energy, IoT, proptech, or building services is preferred.
• Able to communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

Job description

As Technical Project Manager you own the delivery of Rhino monitoring projects end to end, from kickoff to live data. You are the link between customers, partners, and our engineering and hardware teams, making sure every building gets connected on time and to spec.

What you will do

• Plan and run utility-monitoring rollouts across customer portfolios, from site survey to live dashboards.
• Coordinate installers, meter data, and hardware logistics with our Wroclaw engineering and hardware teams.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and partners during onboarding, keeping scope, timeline, and expectations aligned.
• Track progress, flag risks early, and keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
• Turn recurring project friction into better processes and documentation.

What you bring

• Several years managing technical or infrastructure projects, ideally in energy, IoT, proptech, or building services.
• Comfortable talking to both technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Structured, hands-on, and calm when several sites run in parallel.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
