Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Leader/Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering development processes.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a big plus.
• Experience managing scope, planning, resources, costs, and project risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
