Manpower is seeking Technical Operators / Site Engineers to join the team in the Waalwijk region. You will work in a three-shift pattern supporting parcel sorting systems, ensuring smooth operation, and taking prompt action during malfunctions.

You'll receive a direct contract, travel expense reimbursement, and access to on-the-job training and courses to advance your skills as a service technician within a Benelux network.

Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Waalwijk region.

The sound of the machines means everything is running smoothly until suddenly it stops and red alerts appear on your screen. A malfunction! With quick action and teamwork, you solve the problem and get the process back on track.

Your Responsibilities:

• Detecting, analyzing, and resolving first-line malfunctions
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Reporting in the system to help resolve future issues faster

• Gross salary: €2,800 – €3,650 per month
• Direct contract with the client
• Travel expense reimbursement according to company policy
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%
