AXIS Career is seeking a Technical Operator to ensure the production line runs safely, efficiently and reliably. You will operate and monitor the line, work with control and automation systems, and collaborate with maintenance technicians.

An internal training program supports your growth in technical duties and production improvements, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. The role requires demonstrable technical skills, an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field, and flexibility

Qualifications

• MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in a continuous production environment and shift system.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the production line.
• Work with control and automation systems.
• Monitor production progress, quality and safety.
• Identify, analyze and resolve process disruptions.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians on larger repairs.
• Call in technical specialists when needed.
• Follow procedures and safety regulations.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency.
• Support and train new and existing operators.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Participate in morning meetings.
