EPAM Systems, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a hands-on Technical Lead for AWS Migration & Modernization. You will architect and execute migrations, automate infrastructure, and set technical standards for AWS readiness in a hybrid setup.

You will own the end-to-end migration engine, drive waves, coordinate with InfoSec and Network teams, and guide workload modernization towards ECS/EKS, RDS/Aurora or serverless options.

Formación

• Proven track record leading real-world migrations using AWS services.
• Strong scripting for automation (Python/Bash).
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework and security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Direct discovery, wave planning, continuous replication and cutover of legacy environments to AWS.
• Write production-grade Terraform/CDK, Python and Bash scripts to automate pre-flight checks and cutover tasks.
• Enforce the 6 pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework across security and networking.
• Lead migration runbooks and coordinate cross-team backlogs for on-time delivery.
• Guide teams toward containers or managed cloud-native solutions and oversee compliance and connectivity.

Drive the future of cloud transformation as a hands-on leader in AWS migration and modernization. This is the Technical Lead – AWS Migration & Modernization role at EPAM in the Netherlands, offered in a hybrid working mode. You’ll architect and execute complex migrations, automate infrastructure and set the technical bar for AWS readiness.
