Job summary

HVAC / Refrigeration Technicians, Plumbers & Pipefitters in the Netherlands are sought for a long-term shipbuilding project. Roles involve installing air conditioning units, copper and PVC piping, Henco systems, and welding, with a focus on independent, high-quality workmanship.

Candidate must have experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing or pipefitting, read drawings, and hold a driving license; VCA and BSN preferred. A Dutch contract and long-term stability are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Technician, Plumber or Pipefitter.
• Experience with air conditioning and cooling systems.
• Experience with copper pipe installations.
• Experience with Henco piping systems and press tools.
• Experience with PVC and HD PVC bonding systems.
• Basic electric welding experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Position : HVAC / REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS, PLUMBERS & PIPEFITTERS

For our client , we are looking for motivated and experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Technicians, Plumbers or Pipefitters for a long-term project in the Dutch shipbuilding industry.

This is a unique opportunity to work on the construction of modern passenger vessels and luxury river cruise ships in the Netherlands. We are looking for reliable professionals who take pride in their work, work independently, and are interested in a stable position with long-term prospects.

As an HVAC / Refrigeration Technician, Plumber & Pipefitter, your responsibilities will include:

Installing air conditioning units in passenger cabins

Manufacturing mounting brackets and support strips

Electric tack welding and fixing brackets and supports

Hanging and securing air conditioning units

Installing and connecting copper pipe systems

Installing Henco piping systems using a Henco pressing tool

Installing PVC drainage systems

Bonding and installing HD PVC pipe systems

Connecting condensate and drainage systems

Installing and connecting larger cooling units in engine rooms

Reading technical drawings and working independently

Maintaining a high-quality standard of workmanship

Requirements

We are looking for motivated professionals who:

Have experience as an HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Technician, Plumber or Pipe-fitter

Have experience with air conditioning and cooling systems

Have experience with copper pipe installations

Have experience with Henco piping systems and press tools

Have experience with PVC and HD PVC bonding systems

Have basic electric welding experience

Can read technical drawings

Can work independently

Have a responsible and professional attitude

Are punctual and reliable

Are committed to delivering quality work

Hold a valid driving license (preferred)

Preferably possess a valid VCA Certificate
