Job summary
AEGIR-Marine in the Netherlands seeks a Technical Engineer to translate customer requirements into high-precision solutions. You will adapt our standard product line into tailored designs and support retrofit projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
Working with Sales, R&D, and Production, you will own customized modifications, contribute to new product development, and maintain documentation and the central technical drawing database.
Qualifications
- Educational background: MBO+ or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong proficiency with CAD software and drawing conventions.
- Experience in technical project activities and handling customized deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own customized design modifications and engineering documentation.
- Contribute to new product development and R&D efforts.
- Provide retrofit engineering support for complex projects.
- Assess technical feasibility for Sales requests.
- Oversee quality and production for non-standard items with certification alignment.
- Prepare manuals and maintain the central drawing database.
